Young Golden Retriever Proves That Reality Rarely Fulfills Our Expectations

Young Golden Retriever Proves That Reality Rarely Fulfills Our Expectations

Kathy Morgan October 3, 2022

We often expect certain things in life but reality rarely goes the way we expect it to be. This young Golden Retriever is an example, and what you’ll see in this clip proves it.

There’s this trend on social media where you hold your hand out and see what your dog does. Most videos show dogs resting their faces in their owner’s hand, hence our expectation of the same.

This dog’s actions proved far from those expectations, and it’s hilarious. The puppy didn’t rest its head on its owner’s hand. The little rascal bit it instead.

Now, if a grown man pulled a trick like that, he wouldn’t get away with it. Fortunately, this little guy not only got away with it, but he also made biting look adorable.

Expectations versus reality

We’re pretty sure no one would dare make this fluffball suffer from anything it does. Just look at that innocent face and that round little form.

What kind of harm could this little guy make? Nobody would believe this fluffball would do something of with bad intentions, so that’s why this dog was able to get away with the hand-biting incident.

Fluffy bite

We’re sure this hooligan didn’t hurt its master. The bite looked soft and calculated, so we’re sure no one went to the doctor for some anti-rabies shots.

We could see this puppy getting away with all sorts of hooliganism. Perhaps this puppy heard a little reminder from its owner not to bite hands again, but that’s it.

Dogs have that magical pull on us, and even if we couldn’t explain it, it’s there. They may put us in a bind sometimes, but we always see to it that they don’t get punished for their naughty deeds.

What do you think about this story? Do tell and don’t forget to share with as many people as you can!

About The Author

Kathy Morgan

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma (of course a lady never shares their age) many years ago. Growing up I could remember always enjoying many pets in our household. From rabbits, hamsters Guinea pigs and dogs I loved them all even to this day. After graduating from High School: I decided to search for my first job. Yep, you guessed it my first job landed me in a pet shop. I learned so much from that experience that twenty years later I am still affiliated with our four-legged friend. I no longer work in a pet shop; but I have devoted my life to writing articles about “man’s best friend” dogs. I hope you enjoy the articles, stories and videos of our furry friends on this website. See you on the inside.
