Watch The Hilarious Yet Heartwarming Interaction Between A Husky And A Baby

Kathy Morgan February 2, 2021

For some parents, letting babies interact with dogs seems to be an unsafe idea. While they’re not against dogs, it’s understandable why they are too protective of their babies. That’s because aside from their little angel’s fragile state, dogs might suddenly take some actions that might harm their little ones. But this dog from a heartwarming video clip shows how much dogs can be so gentle and kind to babies.

In the video, an adorable baby can be seen approaching a big fluffy Husky. While some parents would definitely freak out at this sight, it was certain that the baby’s parents in the clip were sure that their angel would be safe in the hands — or rather, in the paws — of their dog.

And indeed, they were right!

When the baby finally got close to the Husky and hugged it, the dog responded adorably by rolling around and even started licking the baby. The baby even grabbed the Husky’s fur tightly, but the dog didn’t complain and even became funny and adorable in front of the baby.

Again, for other parents, letting a dog lick a baby is a total thumbs down as its tongue might hold some bacteria that can harm the baby. But on the other hand, licking is a dog’s best way to express their love towards their family, and they would not hesitate to lick anyone they genuinely love.

The other fantastic thing about the video was that the baby hadn’t shown any fear towards the bigger and furry dog, and the Husky was also trying its best not to intimidate the baby. That is why the baby’s parents were confident to let their baby approach a bigger creature because they know that it would be gentle, just like how it treats its puppies.

Without a doubt, these two lovely ‘siblings’ would eventually have a deeper bond with each other that would not only make them friends but forever best friends.

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma (of course a lady never shares their age) many years ago. Growing up I could remember always enjoying many pets in our household. From rabbits, hamsters Guinea pigs and dogs I loved them all even to this day. After graduating from High School: I decided to search for my first job. Yep, you guessed it my first job landed me in a pet shop. I learned so much from that experience that twenty years later I am still affiliated with our four-legged friend. I no longer work in a pet shop; but I have devoted my life to writing articles about “man’s best friend” dogs. I hope you enjoy the articles, stories and videos of our furry friends on this website. See you on the inside.
