These Two Dogs Have Unique Skills That Leave Most People Shocked

These Two Dogs Have Unique Skills That Leave Most People Shocked

Many dogs adapt to new environments with ease. Once a dog is comfortable in their surroundings, they tend to build habits or discover hobbies that make them happy. Sometimes, such habits are odd but impressive or entertaining at the same time.

One Korean woman owns two dogs that have developed strange habits that shock most people. She has a dog named Kibong that likes to drink water by catching splashes on the side of a boat. Meanwhile, her other dog, Bosom, loves to hunt fish near a lake.

Kibong is a poodle that loves riding boats. He doesn’t ride boats because he likes them but because he loves drinking water splashes. He would often move to the side of the boat and chomp on water that splashed due to the boat’s movement.

Kibong doesn’t drink water in the normal way. If his owner serves him water in a bowl, he will ignore it. The owner has to splash water on his face in order for him to be interested in drinking. That is why the owner often takes him on boat rides so he can hydrate properly.

In regards to Bosom, she has proven herself to be skilled at spotting fish swimming in shallow water. Whenever she spots one, she lowers her head with great speed and catches the fish with her mouth. The owner swears that she has never taught Bosom how to do that.

Bosom often brings her daily catch to her owner. The owner always cooks them and adds them to her meals. However, if the owner offered the cooked fish to Bosom, the dog would refuse to eat them. That means that she only enjoys catching fish but not eating them.

Videos of Kibong and Bosom were sent to an animal behavior expert for review. According to the expert, there is nothing wrong with the dogs’ behaviors. The expert concluded that these dogs have simply found activities they enjoy doing.

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma (of course a lady never shares their age) many years ago. Growing up I could remember always enjoying many pets in our household. From rabbits, hamsters Guinea pigs and dogs I loved them all even to this day. After graduating from High School: I decided to search for my first job. Yep, you guessed it my first job landed me in a pet shop. I learned so much from that experience that twenty years later I am still affiliated with our four-legged friend. I no longer work in a pet shop; but I have devoted my life to writing articles about “man’s best friend” dogs. I hope you enjoy the articles, stories and videos of our furry friends on this website. See you on the inside.
