Separated Golden Retriever Siblings Rescued In Russia Accidentally Met Each Other In A U.S. Market!

Separated Golden Retriever Siblings Rescued In Russia Accidentally Met Each Other In A U.S. Market!

Kathy Morgan February 3, 2021

Who would have thought that two sibling dogs would eventually meet each other after a very long time of separation? Certainly not their respective families.

In a rare chance that could have only been authored by destiny, two sibling dogs separated for a long time have met again in a market in the U.S! This place might not be the ideal environment for a much-deserved reunion, but as everybody knows, destiny has its ways of executing its plans for everyone.

When the families of both Golden Retrievers visited the Pike Place Market in Seattle, Washington, they were shocked and confused when their dogs pulled their leashes in a specific direction. Both families, who don’t know each other, met in one spot of the market, thanks to their dogs’ eager pull. They were puzzled about what their dogs just did, but they were delighted when they discovered that both of their dogs were so similar!

It turns out that their similarity isn’t just a coincidence. The two Golden Retrievers are siblings!

As the two families started chatting at the market, they discovered something astonishing. It turns out that both of their dogs were actually on the same 17-hour rescue flight out of Russia. Both of the families were amazed by this discovery. They even took a chance if their dogs have other things in common, and to their surprise, they have!

The two Golden Retrievers share the same ear tattoos that further confirmed that, indeed, they are siblings. And based on what their families saw, their dogs were honestly longing for each other; that is why their short reunion at the market was not definitely enough. With that, both of the families have exchanged contacts to set up future playdates for the two siblings who were separated from each other for so long.

This is definitely a piece of terrific news for the two Golden Retrievers!

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma (of course a lady never shares their age) many years ago. Growing up I could remember always enjoying many pets in our household. From rabbits, hamsters Guinea pigs and dogs I loved them all even to this day. After graduating from High School: I decided to search for my first job. Yep, you guessed it my first job landed me in a pet shop. I learned so much from that experience that twenty years later I am still affiliated with our four-legged friend. I no longer work in a pet shop; but I have devoted my life to writing articles about “man’s best friend” dogs. I hope you enjoy the articles, stories and videos of our furry friends on this website. See you on the inside.
