Rottweilers Show Their Concern For Their Human Ward, And Their Interest In The Baby’s Well-Being Is Heartwarming

Rottweilers Show Their Concern For Their Human Ward, And Their Interest In The Baby’s Well-Being Is Heartwarming

Kathy Morgan September 8, 2023

Owning a Rottweiler is no easy feat, so this family who owns four of them is serious about their love for this breed. Fortunately for these owners, the Rotties reciprocated their love and were especially smitten by their hooman baby sister.

Rottweilers Kenai, Kita, Fluffy, and June, love Cozy, the family’s new baby girl. The dogs ensure they provide 24-hour security, preferring to guard the tiny hooman together.

That’s why when this little girl cried in her dad’s arms one day, all four Rotties rushed to check what was wrong with her. Dad just adjusted the baby’s position in his arms, and that must have disturbed the little one’s sleep.

Cozy cried and made cooing noises. Those were enough to make her four bodyguards concerned, and they even went up to dad to let him know something was up. Dad had to tell his Rotties to calm down.

June was keen on giving Cozy some calming kisses, but dad wasn’t having it. He told the Rottie to step back and stop giving them because kisses will make Cozy cry some more.

We could tell that June disagreed, and being the motherly one of the four Rotties, we understand why. She paced the room and whined when the baby continued to fuss.

Kenai was so concerned that he got that certain look in his eye, which dad quickly noted. Dad stood up and held Cozy out of the Rotties’ reach because Kenai could get really protective of the baby.

The other Rotties watched as dad rocked Cozy softly to sleep once more, and we could tell this baby will never want for friendship and protection. This family is blessed beyond measure!

We’re sure that dad and mom could breathe easier, knowing Cozy is always surrounded by faithful Rotties. We would too, so well done, pets!

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma (of course a lady never shares their age) many years ago. Growing up I could remember always enjoying many pets in our household. From rabbits, hamsters Guinea pigs and dogs I loved them all even to this day. After graduating from High School: I decided to search for my first job. Yep, you guessed it my first job landed me in a pet shop. I learned so much from that experience that twenty years later I am still affiliated with our four-legged friend. I no longer work in a pet shop; but I have devoted my life to writing articles about “man’s best friend” dogs. I hope you enjoy the articles, stories and videos of our furry friends on this website. See you on the inside.
