Best Friends Love Each Other So Much That They Would Not Let Park Fence Get In Their Way

Best Friends Love Each Other So Much That They Would Not Let Park Fence Get In Their Way

People often say that opposites attract, and that could not be more true with Ryker and Bailey. Ryker is a hyper and outgoing German shepherd who loves meeting new people. Meanwhile, Bailey is a calm and shy golden retriever who often needs a bit of encouragement.

However, when you put Ryker and Bailey together, you will end up with a perfect match. That made their parents so happy. According to Christine Sauvé, Ryker’s mom, both dogs had only turned one when they met. So, they still had many things to learn.

With Ryker’s help, Bailey got out of her shell. She became more assertive and friendlier with other dogs. Christine said that the two dogs brought out the best in one another.

Ryker and Bailey’s friendship started when their moms became each other’s Instagram followers. Eventually, Bailey and her mom moved to a new home, which was 10 minutes away from Ryker’s home in Ottawa in Ontario, Canada. Because of that, the pair started to have more frequent playdates. That solidified their friendship to the point where even a fence could not keep them apart.

According to Christine, Ryker gets super excited whenever she sees Bailey. She is a small pup so she can wedge herself under the fence of the dog park. Meanwhile, for Bailey, it does not matter if the gate is open. Once she sees Ryker, she will shove herself under the railing too.

Ryker and Bailey’s friendship is so fun, and they are perfectly balancing each other out. Bailey’s laid-back attitude has rubbed off on Ryker over time. Ryker, on the other hand, has been working hard to rile Bailey up. However, the chill pup chooses to remain true to herself despite her friend’s best efforts.

During winter, Ryker and Bailey love playing in the snow. In summer, they enjoy swimming before taking nap together. Whatever they are certainly doing and wherever they are, Ryker always ensures to have one of her paws touching her friend. And, because Bailey loves her just as much, she does not mind this one bit.

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma (of course a lady never shares their age) many years ago. Growing up I could remember always enjoying many pets in our household. From rabbits, hamsters Guinea pigs and dogs I loved them all even to this day. After graduating from High School: I decided to search for my first job. Yep, you guessed it my first job landed me in a pet shop. I learned so much from that experience that twenty years later I am still affiliated with our four-legged friend. I no longer work in a pet shop; but I have devoted my life to writing articles about “man’s best friend” dogs. I hope you enjoy the articles, stories and videos of our furry friends on this website. See you on the inside.
