An Incredible Bond Between Two French Bulldogs And A Horse

An Incredible Bond Between Two French Bulldogs And A Horse

Kathy Morgan April 13, 2024

It’s undeniable that friendships and unique bonds can be formed unexpectedly among animals. This unique and fascinating story between two French Bulldogs and a horse will surely make you smile.
Bon Jovi, mainly called Bonnie, is a nine-year-old miniature horse. He was a rescue horse before he found a forever home with Jessica Chemin. Sadly, he was rescued from an abusive and unfortunate fate at the hands of his previous owners. Jessica named her adopted horse Bon Jovi primarily because of his wild yet charming character.
Jessica wasn’t the only one excited to welcome Bonnie to her house. At Jessica’s home in Cape Town, South Africa, her French Bulldogs, Lola and Nacho, were excited and happy to have a new family member. Nacho and Lola were friendly and healthy French bulldogs, ready to spend quality time with their new brother, Bonnie.
They welcomed Bonnie with open arms and quickly established a strong bond. Lola, Nacho, and Bonnie would spend most of their time playing and running around the area. There was a time when Jessica could film and record how the three best pals bonded with each other.
The video showed how Lola and Nacho took Bonnie for an exciting walk. Whenever the two bulldogs saw Bonnie, they would go near him and lead him towards the stables. It was a heartwarming and memorable sight on Jessica’s end. She didn’t expect her dogs to exert great effort in making Bonnie feel at home and loved.
Jessica was amazed to see the incredible bond between her canine pals and Bonnie. Seeing how Nacho, Lola, and Bonnie got along so well and had each other’s back made her happy. Their story is a testament that the road to genuine friendship and companionship is a walk in the park for her canine buddies and family horse.

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma (of course a lady never shares their age) many years ago. Growing up I could remember always enjoying many pets in our household. From rabbits, hamsters Guinea pigs and dogs I loved them all even to this day. After graduating from High School: I decided to search for my first job. Yep, you guessed it my first job landed me in a pet shop. I learned so much from that experience that twenty years later I am still affiliated with our four-legged friend. I no longer work in a pet shop; but I have devoted my life to writing articles about “man’s best friend” dogs. I hope you enjoy the articles, stories and videos of our furry friends on this website. See you on the inside.
