It’s amazing to see our pets in action. We always find whatever it is that they are doing quite entertaining and it does not matter if they are simply playing or are in the search for something good to eat.
This Siberian Husky is definitely a great example. On one particular day, his nose discovered something delectable near his father’s head. He set off to find it, unaware that his father would make things difficult for him.
The canine was unaware that his father was not intentionally making his search difficult. He was also unaware that the dog’s fur mom had slipped a treat in his sweatshirt, so he was naturally perplexed by his pet’s increased interest.
As the fur mom recorded what was happening, she stifled giggles of laughter. The dog’s determination to get his father’s hoodie and his father’s bewildered irritation made the scenario amusing.
We would likely follow the father’s lead if we were in this position. The Husky’s whiskers must have tickled dad’s neck, and the animal’s proximity must have been a tad too close for dad’s comfort.
In this case, Mom laughed the most, and we’re right there with her. There’s something really funny about observing the reactions of unprepared parties to a particular occurrence, and this father and dog definitely delivered.
When the fur mom finally told the fur dad there was a treat in his sweatshirt, he finally understood what was happening. He was no longer annoyed, nor did he question what was wrong with his pet’s behavior.
If our noses were as powerful as this dog’s, we would likely also lead with them.
The good news is that this dog was able to get his treat, and his owner was able to comprehend his dog’s behavior.
